Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of treats including muffins, cookies, donuts, and fondant
• Decorate baked goods to meet customer expectations
• Maintain quality standards for all products
• Manage production schedules and record quantities of goods produced
• Track baking supplies, receive orders, and rotate stock as needed
• Communicate product demand changes to management
• Oversee merchandising of baked goods
• Train and support baking personnel
