Social Media Coordinator/ Inventory Controller - Redline Harley-Davidson

Permanent- Part Time | Flexible schedule

Love motorcycles, social media, and creating content that actually gets people excited?

At Redline Harley-Davidson, we're looking for a Social Media Coordinator / Inventory Controller who can combine creativity, organization, and a strong eye for detail. You'll play a key role in how our motorcycles show up online — from inventory listings and dealership websites to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email campaigns, and more.

This is a hands-on role where no two days look exactly the same. One day you could be photographing a newly arrived Harley-Davidson, the next you're creating a reel, updating inventory, helping promote an event, responding to online reviews, or testing a new idea to generate leads.

Why Redline Harley-Davidson?

  • Work with one of the most iconic motorcycle brands in the world.
  • Flexible schedule making this a great opportunity for someone balancing work with university or school.
  • Be part of a dealership built around community, lifestyle and passion.
  • Create content that riders and motorcycle enthusiasts genuinely want to see.
  • Help shape how Redline Harley-Davidson connects with customers both online and in person.
  • Get the freedom to create, experiment, learn and take ownership of your ideas.
  • Build hands-on experience across social media, digital marketing, inventory management, events and dealership operations.
  • Join a team where creativity, organization and fresh ideas can make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across all online platforms, including the dealership website, Kijiji, AutoTrader and other listing sites.
  • Photograph new inventory as it arrives and upload photos and vehicle information across all applicable platforms.
  • Maintain organized inventory catalogues to ensure listings are accurate, current and posted in a timely manner.
  • Create and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social media channels, including paid boosts and catalogue campaigns.
  • Develop engaging photo and video content that showcases our motorcycles, products, dealership and Harley-Davidson lifestyle.
  • Schedule and manage social media campaigns through Hootsuite, ensuring consistent and engaging content is posted regularly.
  • Assist with ongoing website updates, including content and imagery, to keep products current, easy to find and appealing to customers.
  • Monitor and manage dealership reviews, comments and online engagement across platforms such as Google and Facebook using reputation management tools.
  • Provide professional, engaging written communication for social media, websites and other online content.
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives as needed.
  • Perform administrative duties and provide additional dealership support as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • We're looking for someone who is creative, organized and comfortable taking initiative.
  • Experience in social media, marketing, content creation, inventory management, administration or a combination of these areas
  • Confidence using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other digital platforms
  • Comfort taking photos and videos — and occasionally getting in front of the camera
  • Strong written communication skills and an eye for engaging content
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • An interest in learning digital advertising, website management, analytics and reputation-management tools
  • A customer-focused and team-oriented approach
  • A genuine interest in motorcycles, Harley-Davidson and the riding community is a major asset
