We are looking for experienced Occupational Health and Safety Coordinators for a commercial bakery in North York!

The right candidate will be managing workplace safety programs, ensuring compliance with health and safety laws, and running safety audits in food manufacturing plants.
· Must have minimum of 1 year experience
· Hourly Rate: $23.00
· Must be flexible for all 3 shifts (Day, Afternoon & Night)
· Available to work weekdays and weekends
· Flexible working at all plants – Car is essential
· Must have Computer Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Safety Compliance: Follow provincial and federal health and safety legislation.
- Audits and Inspections: Lead on-site safety audits and check contractor documentation.
- Training and Orientation: Deliver safety orientation for new workers and on-site contractors.
- Incident Tracking: Monitor safety statistics and report on plant safety data.
- Education: A college diploma or bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety.
- Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Experience: Practical work history in industrial or Food and Beverage manufacturing safety settings.
