Projected $100,000+ Annual Compensation | MondayFriday | Weekends Off

Trappers Transport is looking for experienced Class 1 drivers for our aggregate operation running between Winnipeg, MB and Minaki, ON.

This is a consistent Monday-to-Friday run completing two round trips per day, approximately 600 miles daily. We are looking for experienced operators with side dump and Super B experience. Drivers with strong end dump and aggregate experience may also be considered, with side dump training available for the right candidate.

We run late-model equipment and offer consistent miles, competitive pay and a benefit plan.

Compensation

• $0.50 per mile
• Approximately 600 miles per day
• $20 per pick/drop
• Overtime paid on hours over 60 per week
• $0.03/mile safety bonus, paid every 6 months
• 4% vacation pay
• Bi-weekly pay
• Projected annual compensation of $100,000+ based on the current run and schedule

Schedule & Run

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends off
• Winnipeg, MB to Minaki, ON
• Approximately 300 miles per round trip
• Two round trips per day
• Approximately 600 miles per day
• Aggregate hauling

What We're Looking For

Preference will be given to drivers with:

• Side dump experience
• Super B experience
• Aggregate hauling experience
• End dump experience

If you have solid end dump and industry experience but haven't operated a side dump, training may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 driver's licence
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Experience using electronic logs (E-logs)
• Strong commitment to safety
• Ability to complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Good communication with dispatch and operations
• Strong time-management skills and reliability
• Must be a non-smoker

• Safely operate commercial equipment hauling aggregate
• Complete scheduled WinnipegMinaki runs safely and efficiently
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Operate side dump/Super B equipment safely
• Maintain accurate E-logs and required documentation
• Follow company safety procedures and transportation regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Maintain equipment and immediately report any safety or mechanical concerns
