Who We're Looking For

• Ability to independently lift items weighing up to 50 lbs and occasionally heavier items with assistance.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of scheduled shift hours.
• Comfortable performing repetitive physical activities including pushing, pulling, lifting, twisting, using stairs, crouching, bending, reaching, and stooping.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined or tight spaces while following all required safety protocols.
• Comfortable working in an environment with multiple temperature zones and variable noise levels.
• Ability to learn and use in-house software applications and third-party technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications for data entry and workplace communication.
• Flexibility to occasionally support evenings, weekends, holidays, or overtime based on operational requirements.
• Ability to understand, speak, and read English sufficiently to follow safety policies, training, instructions, and workplace procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs independently.
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Regularly push, pull, lift, twist, bend, crouch, reach, and stoop.
• Perform the essential physical duties required for daily warehouse operations safely and effectively.
