Who You Are

  • Have 1-3 years of experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, client-facing, administrative, or office coordinator roles, or similar
  • Hold a high school diploma; post-secondary education in a related field is not required but considered an asset
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency with MS Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint)
  • Work independently, take initiative, and manage your responsibilities effectively with minimal supervision
  • Are positive, upbeat, and helpful, with a passion for contributing to a strong office culture
  • Are fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and sound judgement
  • Work efficiently under pressure, adapting to changes and interruptions while meeting deadlines
  • Have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with a track record of responsiveness and meeting measurable outcomes
  • Have effective prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Are open to learning and receptive to constructive feedback
  • Are able to successfully pass a criminal and background record check

How You'll Make a Difference

Our clients are our number one priority at Litco Law, and we are always striving to find new ways to support their needs. The Client Experience Coordinator is the first point of contact in the office, creating a welcoming, well-maintained space for guests and ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the client journey.

  • Create an inviting, comfortable space for all office guests, answering questions and creatively problem-solving to meet their needs and build trust and confidence in the firm
  • Maintain and prepare meeting rooms for guests, and keep the lounge area looking its best
  • Complete advance preparations for meetings and coordinate any follow-up actions with the team
  • Coordinate catering arrangements for meetings and events
  • Assist clients by answering questions or directing inquiries to the correct team member
  • Provide a variety of administrative support, including obtaining client records and information, witnessing documents, and completing other related tasks
  • Support the Client Experience Team in delivering a great experience throughout the life of a client's file
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, faxes, couriers, etc.) so team members have what they need for their files as quickly as possible, and serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues, concerns, and requests
  • Act as the team's go-to resource for ad hoc requests, including event scheduling and office coordination, to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
