Agriculture Customer Support Advisor - Creston

Our Creston, BC branch is looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Support Advisor for our Agriculture Division (John Deere). The Customer Support Advisor is an outside sales position responsible for promoting and selling Agricultural parts and service as well as providing after sales support to existing and new customers.

• Keeping customers current on new products and services
• Increasing parts and service sales Implement yearly territory plan
• Work cooperatively with management to meet budget goals and expand customer base
• Plan, develop and communicate territory coverage to maximize sales potential.
• Make regular scheduled calls to current and prospective customers
• Maintain records of customer and fleet accounts
• Other duties as assigned

• 2 - 3 years previous sales experience in a similar role preferred
• Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment parts, operations and industry
• Strong decision making skills
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Ability to travel within the territory and work flexible hours
• Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract
