Brandt is looking for a creative, analytical, and strategic Digital Experience Specialist to join our in office team in Regina, SK.
This role is responsible for helping shape and improve the overall digital customer experience across Brandt's websites. The position combines website content management, UX and UI thinking, digital marketing support, analytics, SEO, customer journey optimization, and website strategy to support business goals and improve user engagement.
The Digital Experience Specialist works closely with web, design, content, marketing, and development teams to create effective digital experiences that support campaigns, lead generation, customer journeys, and Brandt's broader online presence.
This role is currently heavily involved in a large scale enterprise website transformation initiative. Alongside digital strategy and experience optimization work, the position also includes hands on participation in page creation, content organization, CMS implementation, testing, and supporting the rollout of new website experiences across multiple business areas. This role reports to the Manager of Web Content.

What You Will Be Responsible For- Create, manage, and optimize website content, layouts, templates, and page structures across large scale enterprise websites
- Collaborate on website design systems, templates, standards, and user experience improvements to ensure consistency across the digital experience
- Improve website usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and overall customer experience
- Contribute ideas and recommendations during digital strategy, website planning, campaign, and performance discussions
- Analyze website performance, customer journeys, user behavior, and engagement trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support campaign execution by ensuring digital marketing initiatives, landing pages, forms, tracking, and customer flows are properly implemented and measured
- Create and implement personalization, persona, and customer journey strategies across digital touchpoints
- Conduct keyword research and support SEO initiatives, including on page optimization, technical SEO improvements, metadata management, internal linking, and content strategy
- Work closely with content creators, designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver effective website experiences
- Help manage website product information, marketing content, promotions, and business updates to ensure content remains accurate and current
- Support ongoing website rollout efforts, including page creation, content migration, CMS configuration, QA, and launch preparation activities
- Support data driven website optimization initiatives using analytics, testing, customer insights, and performance metrics
- Participate in website QA, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts
- Work within CMS platforms to create and manage web pages, components, layouts, and digital experiences
- Support structured content, taxonomy, and website organization efforts across enterprise websites
- Contribute to digital experience planning and help identify opportunities without requiring heavily prescriptive direction
- Degree or Diploma in a related field (e.g., Digital Marketing, Web Design, User Experience Design, or a related discipline) or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
- 4+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, digital experience management, web design, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including content contributors and reviewers, graphic designers, and web personnel.
- High degree of design and computer literacy.
- Proficient with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google Data Studio.
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices, strategy, and tracking.
- Proficient in managing CMS platforms, Kentico and Drupal a plus.
- Expertise in mapping and optimizing customer journeys across digital touchpoints to enhance user engagement.
- Proficiency in using web analytics tools to interpret user behavior and inform UX/UI improvements and content strategies.
- Ability to design and implement personalized website experiences based on user behavior, personas, and segmentation.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and user interface standards.
- Ability to use HTML and CSS for website troubleshooting and content formatting.
