Job title: Laborer / Warehouse Worker

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, CAN, L5N 0G1

Shift: 2:30 PM - 11 PM Flexible (shift timings will be scheduled before the interview).

Must be flexible to work between Sunday to Saturday (schedules are available 5 weeks out)

Shift days: Saturday and Sunday are mandatory, and the manager will schedule an additional three working days during the week.

Contract: 3 months (possible to extend)

Payrate: 21.35/hr. on T4. (bi-weekly pay)

CDC General Warehouse Co-worker:

Key Responsibilities

• Operate order picker lift equipment to pick items from various rack heights [strong style="margin:0px; padding:0px"](we will train but previous experience preferred)
• Accurately select, scan, and prepare customer orders.
• Transport products safely throughout the warehouse.
• Verify product quantities and item accuracy against order requirements.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow warehouse safety policies and procedures, including working at heights.
• Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.

Required Skills

• Safe operation of order picker lift equipment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic RF scanner and warehouse management system knowledge.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Time management and problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements

• • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working at elevated heights.
  • Ability to lift and move products according to warehouse requirements.
  • Capability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (23 kg).

Mandatory:

• Complete a health & safety training on the first day conduct by safety team

• CSA approved safety shoes must be worn all the time while in the warehouse

• Safety vest must be work all the time while in the warehouse
