What You'll Do
- Generate new membership sales through consultations, studio tours and follow-up
- Convert introductory stretches into long-term memberships
- Build relationships with prospective and existing members
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
- Follow up with leads by phone, text and email
- Support member retention through excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage client communications
- Represent Stretch Zone professionally in the local community
- Learn our sales and operating systems with opportunities to advance into Assistant Manager and Manager roles
- 1–3 years of sales experience
- Comfortable asking for the sale and overcoming objections
- Positive, energetic and self-motivated
- Available to work some evenings and weekends
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Experience using CRM or booking software
- Interest in fitness, health and wellness

The position offers a salary range of $18.00–$22.00 per hour.
This is a full-time role based in Toronto, ON.
You’ll generate new membership sales through consultations and tours, convert trial sessions into memberships, build member relationships, achieve sales goals, follow up with leads, and promote services and upgrades.
You should have 1–3 years of sales experience in fitness, health and wellness, or related fields, with a proven ability to meet sales targets and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
