Onsite Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator

Location: Milton, ON
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Onsite Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator to support our clients across Milton, Vaughan, and Innisfil.

This is a hands-on position involving recruitment, employee support, attendance management, onboarding, reporting, and client relationship management. The successful candidate must be comfortable travelling between all three locations as required.

Gas expenses for work-related travel will be covered.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard employees
  • Coordinate staffing requirements and employee placements
  • Act as the main point of contact for onsite employees
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, performance, and employee concerns
  • Work closely with client supervisors and management to address staffing needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees
  • Conduct regular onsite visits and follow up on employee performance
  • Handle employee issues and resolve concerns professionally
  • Coordinate replacements for absences and urgent staffing requirements
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  • Prepare attendance, staffing, and performance reports
  • Provide regular updates to internal management and clients
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives
  • Help maintain a positive relationship between the staffing agency, employees, and clients
  • Ensure company policies and client requirements are followed
  • Support other HR and administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or onsite coordination
  • Staffing agency experience is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to build professional rapport with clients, supervisors, and employees
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Professional, dependable, and proactive approach
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
  • Must be able to commute between Milton, Vaughan, and Innisfil
  • Must be flexible to travel between client locations as required
  • Gas expenses for work-related travel will be covered
