Commercial Cleaning Team Member

20 to 25 Hours per Week to Start | Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time

Location: Multiple client locations throughout Metro Vancouver
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability
Schedule: Weekday daytime and evening shifts

Green Pacific Cleaning & Facility Care is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented cleaning team member. This position will begin at approximately 25 hours per week, with the opportunity to gradually grow into a full-time role based on reliability, performance, availability, and business needs.

We provide professional commercial cleaning and facility-care services to offices, clinics, commercial properties, and other client facilities throughout Metro Vancouver.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, clinics, washrooms, kitchens, common areas, and other commercial spaces
• Dust, disinfect, vacuum, sweep, mop, and remove garbage
• Follow site-specific instructions, cleaning checklists, and safety procedures
• Handle cleaning products, supplies, and equipment safely
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, damage, access issues, or low supplies
• Travel between client locations and drive when required
• Work independently and cooperatively with other team members
• Maintain professional conduct and respect client privacy and property

Requirements

• A valid driver's licence and the ability to drive safely are mandatory
• Must be available for both weekday daytime and evening shifts
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Must be willing to complete a background check if requested
• Physically able to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude
• Able to communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
• Commercial cleaning experience is an asset, but reliability and willingness to learn are equally important
