The Pickle Barrel is hiring a Supervisor at our London location!
The Pickle Barrel began with a mission. We believed that amazing dining experiences didn't need to be elitist, so we began a restaurant that combined ‘quality' with ‘incredible value'. Today we have restaurants across the Greater Toronto, our menu has 300 items and we have over 1,000 employees.

Overview:

Our Supervisor reports to the General Manager and is accountable for taking initiative, being people-focused, and results-oriented. They are responsible for leading their teams in a busy, fast-paced environment with a passion for service, a strong desire to win, and an ability to build relationships.

What you will do in this role:

Continue to develop and coach associates
Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to regulations
Maintain safe working conditions for associates and Guests
Oversee and ensure the Perfect Guest Experience
Promote a culture of dialogue, role model the values and practices of Recipe and possess developmental leadership skills
Assist teammates whenever necessary

What we are looking for:

Post-secondary education, bonus points for hospitality and/or a business related field
Experience in dining operations, food and beverage and long term sales growth an asset
Demonstrated ability to motivate and direct others
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit through having presence "on the floor" and in the community
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Food Safety and Smart Serve certified or willing to obtain within 3 months
Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays, minimum 30 hours per week
