About JDass Corp

JDass Corp is a growing organization managing multiple businesses and brands across hospitality, events, entertainment, and other industries. We are looking for a Junior Website Designer + OTA Management professional who can support our websites, online travel platforms, digital advertising, and online brand reputation.

This is a hands-on, multi-functional role suited for someone who is comfortable working across WordPress, OTA platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and online reputation management.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Design & Management

  • Design, update, and maintain company websites, primarily using WordPress.

  • Update website content, images, banners, pricing, promotions, business information, and landing pages.

  • Make basic design and layout improvements to improve user experience and conversions.

  • Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, functional, and up to date.

  • Coordinate with developers when technical changes or advanced functionality are required.

  • Assist with basic SEO, GEO, and AEO implementation across website content.

  • Monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.

OTA Management

  • Manage and maintain hotel listings across OTA platforms such as Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda, and other relevant platforms.

  • Update room rates, availability, packages, promotions, descriptions, images, and property information.

  • Monitor reservations, room inventory, cancellations, and booking activity.

  • Identify opportunities to improve property visibility, ranking, and conversion on OTA platforms.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure OTA information is accurate and up to date.

  • Prepare basic OTA performance reports and maintain tracking spreadsheets.

Google & Meta Ads Management

  • Assist in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for multiple business units.

  • Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, CPC, CPL, and overall advertising spend.

  • Make basic campaign, keyword, audience, budget, and ad-copy adjustments.

  • Coordinate with external advertising agencies when required.

  • Identify significant changes in lead volume or campaign performance and report them promptly.

  • Assist with conversion tracking, lead generation forms, phone-call tracking, and campaign optimization.

  • Conduct keyword research and recommend relevant keywords based on business objectives.

Brand Reputation Management

  • Monitor Google Business Profiles and online reviews for company properties and brands.

  • Identify fake, spam, fraudulent, or policy-violating reviews and follow Google's official review-reporting and appeal processes.

  • Maintain a review-management tracker and document reported reviews, actions taken, and outcomes.

  • Coordinate with internal teams or reputation-management professionals regarding review removal cases.

  • Monitor overall online reputation and identify recurring customer feedback or reputation issues.

  • Assist with developing strategies to encourage genuine positive customer reviews.

Important: This role involves legitimate review management. Candidates must understand that review removal is based on platform policies and that we do not engage in fake reviews, manipulation, or posting fabricated customer feedback.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers for leads, campaigns, OTA performance, website updates, and reputation management.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries.

  • Maintain records of website changes, advertising activities, OTA updates, and review-management actions.

  • Coordinate with management, developers, advertising agencies, and other vendors as required.

Required Skills

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in website management, digital marketing, OTA management, or a similar role.

  • Hands-on experience with WordPress.

  • Understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

  • Experience managing hotel or travel OTA platforms is strongly preferred.

  • Understanding of SEO and keyword research.

  • Familiarity with Google Business Profile and online review management.

  • Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze basic marketing and campaign performance data.

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience in the following will be given preference:

  • Hotel website management

  • Expedia Partner Central

  • Booking.com Extranet

  • Agoda / other OTA extranets

  • Google Ads Manager

  • Meta Business Manager / Ads Manager

  • Google Analytics / GA4

  • Google Search Console

  • Google Business Profile

  • WordPress Element or similar page builders

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

  • SEO, GEO, and AEO

  • CRM or lead-management software

  • Hospitality or hotel marketing experience

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is hands-on and willing to learn, rather than someone who only has theoretical knowledge.

The ideal candidate should be able to take ownership of day-to-day website updates, OTA management, advertising coordination, reporting, and reputation-management activities while communicating clearly with management when an issue requires escalation.

Candidates may be asked to complete a practical skills assessment as part of the hiring process.
