We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our energetic front desk team! This role is ideal for someone with a membership-sales background — similar to boutique fitness concepts like Orangetheory Fitness — who thrives on daily lead follow-up, building relationships, and closing monthly membership sales. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and personable with a drive for success and opportunity. You have previous sales experience, can demonstrate premium customer service abilities, are outgoing, enthusiastic, and have ambition to grow with a developing brand.

The Sales Associate owns the front desk experience and is responsible for converting daily leads into paying members while meeting and exceeding all key performance sales goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage front desk operations — greet members and guests promptly and enthusiastically
• Follow up daily with new and existing leads via phone, email, and text to drive membership sign-ups
• Conduct tours and consultations that convert prospects into monthly members
• Close sales and hit individual and location-wide membership targets
• Establish and maintain an effective referral program
• Maintain accurate lead and member records using established CRM systems
• Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls
• Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
• Follow up and follow through with all prospective clients until they convert
• Sell and help run birthday parties on weekends

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous sales experience required — membership-based or subscription sales experience strongly preferred (fitness, wellness, or similar recurring-revenue model)
• Comfortable with daily outbound follow-up (calls, texts, emails) and confident closing sales
• Excellent customer service skills
• Solid verbal and written communication skills required
• Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
• High school diploma required
• Ability to work and function in a KIDSUNITED TEAM environment
• Flexible to work day, evening, and weekend hours as needed
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Experience working with children preferred
