Wonderland Gummies is a fast-growing British Columbia food manufacturer creating premium vegan gummies made with real whole fruit purées sourced from BC farmers. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Gummy Cook / Production Operator to join our production team in Squamish.

Position Summary

The Gummy Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and processing gummy batches according to established formulas and production procedures. The successful candidate will help ensure consistent product quality, food safety compliance, and efficient daily production.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows procedures carefully, and takes pride in producing high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and weigh raw materials according to batch sheets
• Cook and process gummy formulations following standard operating procedures
• Monitor cooking temperatures, cooking times, and batch quality
• Deposit gummies into molds and assist with production line operations
• Complete production records and batch documentation accurately
• Perform equipment setup, cleaning, and sanitation procedures
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and workplace safety requirements
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and other production activities as required
• Maintain a clean and organized production environment
• Support inventory management and ingredient handling

Qualifications

Required

• Food Safe Level 1 Certification
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 25 kg (55 lbs)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Legally eligible to work in Canada

Preferred

• Previous food manufacturing experience
• Experience working in commercial kitchens, bakeries, confectionery, beverage manufacturing, or food processing facilities
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
