Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant - Canada

We are looking for an experienced Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our Canadian consulting team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned NetSuite professional who enjoys working directly with clients, solving complex business challenges, and delivering high-quality ERP solutions.

The Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant will lead and support NetSuite implementations, optimization projects, and ongoing client engagements. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, NetSuite functionality, and consulting best practices.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading client discussions, gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring NetSuite, and working closely with technical consultants and project managers to deliver successful outcomes.

This is a full-time Canadian position with a hybrid work arrangement and occasional in-person collaboration at our office in Mississauga, Ontario, depending on business and project needs.

• Lead and support end-to-end NetSuite implementations and optimization projects.
• Conduct discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and business process assessments.
• Gather, analyze, and document client requirements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite functional solutions.
• Configure NetSuite modules and functionality based on project requirements.
• Advise clients on NetSuite best practices and opportunities for process improvement.
• Lead functional design discussions and present solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications and documentation for technical development.
• Collaborate closely with technical consultants, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Support data migration activities, including requirements definition, validation, and reconciliation.
• Develop and execute functional test plans and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions.
• Support clients through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Monitor project deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies related to functional workstreams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and configuration records.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of NetDynamic's consulting methodologies and best practices.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite.
• Proven experience working as a NetSuite Functional Consultant in implementation and/or optimization projects.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP functionality and business processes.
• Demonstrated experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into NetSuite solutions.
• Strong experience with NetSuite configuration and functional troubleshooting.
• Experience working directly with clients and leading requirements or solution discussions.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed consulting team.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

• NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with multiple NetSuite modules, including:

• Experience with SuiteSuccess implementations.
• Experience working with Canadian, U.S., or other North American clients.

• Experience working in a consulting, professional services, or systems implementation environment.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading junior consultants.
