Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000/yearly

About The Current Open Role

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to navigate complex automotive payrolls, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For 

  • Take the lead in processing Group bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes, with a focus on automotive industry-specific pay structures.
  • Ensure compliance with Ontario's Employment Standards Act (ESA) and federal payroll, wage, and hour laws. Stay updated on changes to regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and assist in preparing and distributing payroll reports to management as needed.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, providing timely and accurate
