Service Manager

As part of the Operations team and reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for all aspects of customer care and facility maintenance. Individual is expected to champion customer service within the organization and will continue to improve it within the Canadian organization. Work with and negotiate appropriate outcomes with external and internal parties to ensure customer issues are responded to and addressed promptly. Position will have one direct report and is also responsible for overseeing pump repair/pump warranty processes. Additional tasks to support the Operations group and facility in general will also be assigned. Requirements: Must have excellent communication skills and ability to support customers at all levels. Experience with customer service/customer interaction. Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, attention to detail, mechanical and electrical aptitude.
