Retail Sales Representative – Wireless
Baggia Wireless Ltd. – Authorized Freedom Mobile Dealer
We are currently looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Representatives to join our growing wireless retail team.
If you enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and are motivated by sales targets and commissions, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Understand customers' wireless needs and recommend suitable mobile plans, devices, and accessories
- Sell smartphones, wireless plans, accessories, device protection, and related services
- Assist customers with new activations, upgrades, number transfers, and account-related questions
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Explain promotions, pricing, financing, and device options clearly
- Maintain strong product knowledge of smartphones, plans, accessories, and current promotions
- Process payments and transactions accurately through the POS system
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and product displays
- Assist with inventory counts and daily store operations
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Previous retail, wireless, customer service, or sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching customers and making recommendations
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and smartphones
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Additional languages are considered an asset
