About the Role Fuze HR Solutions is seeking 1 experienced Loader Operators to join their team on an urgent basis. This role is 100% outdoors year-round in all weather conditions, focusing on heavy equipment operation, site maintenance, and production support. Candidates must be available to start as soon as possible or upon providing two weeks' notice.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate Caterpillar 980 and 988 series wheel loaders and skid steers for truck loading and material movement.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip equipment inspections, routine maintenance, lubrication, and assist with minor on-site repairs.
• Execute site clean-up using skid steers, power tools, and hand tools.
• Work independently in isolation (30–60% of the time) as well as collaborate closely with the wider operations crew.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use (must be clean-shaven where the respirator seal meets the face).

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of heavy equipment operating experience
• High School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent.
• Surface Miner certification is a strong asset
• Basic welding, fitting abilities, and hand tool experience are a bonus.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs max / 25 lbs frequently, climb equipment ladders, and work outdoors in extreme heat and cold.
