Integration Manager

We are seeking a proactive Integration Manager to help connect the people, processes, governance, and operating rhythms required to execute effectively across a rapidly growing organization. This role will work across functional and project teams to identify organizational gaps, clarify interfaces and ownership, and establish integrated ways of working that connect strategy to execution.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Integration Manager will partner closely with the Director of Integration & Optimization and functional and project leadership to strengthen alignment across the organization and improve how work moves across teams.
This role serves as a central integrator across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Construction, Project Delivery, Finance, and other business functions. The Integration Manager will develop a strong understanding of how the organization operates today, identify gaps and disconnects between functions, and help design and implement scalable processes, governance structures, and operating rhythms.
The role requires someone who can move between strategy and execution facilitating organizational alignment while also providing hands-on support to turn decisions into sustainable ways of working.
Success in this role means creating greater clarity around how teams work together, where accountability sits, how information and decisions move through the organization, and how leadership priorities translate into execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizational & Cross-Functional Integration
- Partner across functions to identify gaps, overlaps, unclear ownership, and execution disconnects
- Clarify roles, responsibilities, interfaces, handoffs, and decision rights across teams
- Drive resolution of cross-functional issues and help establish scalable, integrated ways of working
- Support organizational changes by translating leadership direction into practical execution
Operating Model, Governance & Process
- Help design and continuously improve operating models, governance structures, and cross-functional processes
- Connect enterprise, functional, and project-level operating rhythms to create clear information and decision flow
- Define ownership, inputs, outputs, decision points, and escalation paths for critical workflows
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate redundancy, and improve organizational effectiveness
Project & Business Integration
- Connect project execution requirements with functional responsibilities, priorities, and processes
- Drive alignment of cross-functional inputs across scope, cost, schedule, risk, procurement, and execution
- Support Project Directive development, governance, approvals, and lifecycle management
- Identify recurring project challenges that indicate broader organizational or process gaps
Leadership Alignment & Decision Support
- Structure leadership forums around clear priorities, risks, decisions, and business outcomes
- Translate complex cross-functional topics into clear decision asks, options, impacts, and recommendations
- Develop leadership-ready materials, including decks, one-pagers, directives, and executive summaries
- Ensure decisions translate into clear ownership, actions, and follow-through
Integration, Visibility & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain visibility of key actions, decisions, dependencies, and risks across the organization
- Identify systemic issues, emerging gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop tools and sources of truth that improve transparency and accountability
- Support implementation and adoption of new processes, governance, and ways of working as the business scales
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in program management, business integration, operations, organizational effectiveness, project delivery, or a similar cross-functional role
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functions and organizational levels to drive alignment
- Strong understanding of organizational interfaces, process design, governance, and execution
- Ability to identify ambiguity, gaps, and competing priorities and bring structure to complex situations
- Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions and drive issues toward resolution
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, leadership-ready materials and recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related collaboration and document management tools
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes and organizational structures are continuing to mature
PREFERRED
- Experience in EPC, manufacturing, construction, data centers, or other complex project-based environments
- Experience designing or implementing operating models, governance structures, or cross-functional processes
- Familiarity with project lifecycle governance, stage gates, Project Directives, or approval frameworks
- Experience supporting organizational transformation, integration, or rapid business growth
- Experience working directly with senior and executive leadership
- PMP certification or equivalent project/program management experience preferred
