Firma is seeking an experienced General Foreman to join our growing team.
Wage:
$50.00/hr + Company Truck
- Oversee and coordinate multiple concrete crews and Foremen across active projects.
- Lead daily construction operations, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within production targets.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and workflow across multiple crews.
- Provide direction and support to Foremen to ensure consistent productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor concrete placing, finishing, curing, and protection procedures.
- Conduct and support daily FLHAs, toolbox talks, and site safety inspections.
- Identify and resolve field issues, coordinating with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other site personnel.
- Monitor production, manpower, equipment utilization, and overall job progress.
- Complete and review daily reports, timecards, production tracking, and other required documentation.
- Ensure crews follow company policies, project specifications, and safety requirements.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination to maintain efficient site operations.
- Mentor and develop Foremen and crew members, promoting strong leadership and accountability.
- Communicate effectively with Superintendents, Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, and field teams.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a General Foreman, Senior Foreman, or similar leadership role in concrete construction.
- Extensive experience in commercial and industrial concrete construction.
- Strong knowledge of concrete placing, finishing, and construction processes.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple crews and Foremen simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage production, quality, safety, and manpower expectations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Ability to work occasional overtime and weekends as required.
