- Maintain Student Services calendars, records, trackers, and other administrative documentation.
- Work cross-functionally with departments across the College to provide a coordinated and positive student experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve Student Services processes, communications, and programming.
Student Support & Resources
- Serve as an approachable point of contact for student questions and concerns, helping students navigate College services and processes.
- Connect students with appropriate internal and external resources and supports when needed.
- Support the coordination and follow-up of student concerns, complaints, and conduct-related matters in collaboration with appropriate team members.
- Participate in College accessibility and accommodations initiatives and committees as required.
What You'll Bring
- Diploma, certificate, or degree in Business Administration, Communications, Digital Health Administration (DHA), Digital Office Administration (DOA), Education, or a related field.
- A combination of relevant education, experience, and demonstrated skills may also be considered.
