The RoleThe Production Worker (Service Technician) is responsible for the repair, refurbishment, and reconditioning of equipment to ensure it meets company quality and operational standards. This role also supports the Inside Sales team by assisting with equipment-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and customer concerns. The successful candidate will work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesAdhere to all Health and Safety policies, procedures, and regulations.Disassemble heaters and related equipment for inspection, repair, and refurbishment.Clean and wash equipment as required.Reassemble equipment using the appropriate parts in accordance with work orders and specifications.Perform quality checks to ensure equipment meets operational standards.Handle and manage products with care to prevent damage.Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and effectively.Collaborate with team members to achieve production and service objectives.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager. QualificationsHigh School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent.Experience using hand tools; experience with power tools is considered an asset.Basic mathematical and measurement skills.Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. (23 kg). What You BringStrong communication skills, including reading and writing in English.Proficiency in the safe use of hand and power tools.Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.Reliable work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and meet production goals.
