Position Overview - Location is Mississauga, ON The Panel Wirer will be responsible for building and wiring electrical panels according to schematics and layout drawings. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, precision, and a strong understanding of electrical assembly practices in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble and wire electrical panels and resistor assemblies based on blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Route and terminate wiring neatly and according to industry standards. Install electrical components such as resistors, relays, circuit breakers, and terminal blocks. Perform continuity checks and assist in basic testing or troubleshooting of completed panels. Ensure wiring and assembly work meets quality, safety, and electrical code requirements. Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in clean, safe condition. Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in builds. Qualifications Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical panel wiring or assembly. Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
