Inside Sales Representative – Construction Industry

Mississauga Hardware Centre Inc. is a builder and contractor supply company seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic candidate for an Inside Sales position at our Mississauga location. Our products include power tools, hand tools, bulk and pneumatic fasteners, safety supplies and other construction related products. Responsibilities

· Responsible for counter sales; assisting in product sales for contractors and homeowners determining customer requirements to recommend specific products and solutions.

· Assist in answering of phones and taking orders via phone as they are placed.

· Provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items and obtain accurate information from vendors relating to out of stock items and expected date of delivery.

· Other duties as assigned by manager(s)

Qualifications

· Knowledge of building supply industry/construction

· Knowledge of Power tools

· Able to lift 50lbs

· Minimum two years in similar position

· Problem-solving and analytical ability

· Accuracy and attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively by adapting quickly to changing priorities

Hours

Monday to Friday - 7AM to 5PM
