Pallet Repair - Afternoon Job Type: Part time Position Summary We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Pallet Repairer to join our production team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and productivity are key. Repairing pallets Remove and replace wood on pallets using hand and power tools Lifting upto 50lbs Key Responsibilities Assemble wooden pallets according to production specifications. Operate pallet-building equipment safely and efficiently. Perform basic troubleshooting and identify minor equipment issues. Inspect completed pallets to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company health and safety procedures. Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality. Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience is an asset. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn equipment operation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
