Sales Operations Coordinator

The Sales Operations Coordinator provides high-level customer service and operational support throughout the sales and order cycle. The position responds to customer inquiries, prepares quotations, processes sales orders, coordinates supplier and delivery information, maintains accurate system records, and supports shipping, invoicing and post-order follow-up. The role works closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Service, Finance, Quality and Operations to ensure customer commitments are accurate, orders progress efficiently and issues are resolved promptly. The incumbent may be assigned other and/or additional tasks on a one-time, occasional, or permanent basis for which they are qualified or can be reasonably trained and without any impact upon the employment relationship.
