Key Responsibilities As a Warehouse Clerk, you will support daily warehouse and inventory operations through a combination of administrative, logistical, and operational responsibilities, including:

• Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments with a high degree of accuracy
• Preparing, packaging, and shipping products to customers and suppliers while ensuring materials arrive safely and securely
• Coordinating with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Entering and maintaining accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records within warehouse management systems
• Generating and distributing inventory, order status, and operational reports
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory replenishment activities
• Responding to inquiries regarding inventory availability, shipment status, and order information
• Supporting warehouse organization through proper shelving, labeling, and storage practices
• Assisting with cycle counts, inventory audits, and continuous inventory accuracy initiatives
• Maintaining compliance with workplace safety standards and operational procedures
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency and customer service

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or administrative experience considered an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and inventory management systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands
• Experience working in fast-paced industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments is beneficial

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform warehouse activities for extended periods
