Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator manages the accurate, timely movement of goods from the warehouse to their destination. This role involves coordinating shipping activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safety compliance throughout all processes. You will support the efficient management of supply chain operations, reporting directly to the warehouse supervisor. Your role will involve utilizing core skills in organization and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• It generally includes duties such as coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and supporting supply chain processes and inventory control
• It involves both administrative and logistics-related responsibilities.
• Assemble and prepare customer orders for shipment and delivery
• Coordinate shipping methods and transportation arrangements
• Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, and related transportation documents
• Track shipments and assist with tracing customer packages as required
• Assist with inventory control and order tracking activities
• Place product orders and track purchase orders through internal systems
• Enter and maintain shipping, receiving, and purchase order information

• Strong organizational skills

• Experience with logistics software

Shift

Monday to Friday

8 am to 4:30 pm

Pay rate: $20 - $23 an hour, based on experience.
