Are you an experienced Independent Plumbing Contractor looking for steady work without the hassle of finding your next job?
We are seeking qualified Independent Contractors to support apartment turnover and renovation projects throughout Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, and surrounding areas.
Scope of Work- Plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Fixture replacements and installations
- Residential turnover and renovation plumbing work
- Troubleshooting and service calls
- Must operate as an Independent Contractor
- Registered business with a valid GST/HST number
- Minimum $2M Commercial General Liability Insurance
- Valid WSIB Clearance Certificate
- Licensed plumber (where required)
- Own vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Consistent, ongoing work opportunities
