Position: Marketing Expert — Paid Growth (AI Agent Environments)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$100/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Design task briefs from real paid acquisition work. Define the task's true test, planted issues, and expected decisions.
Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution.
Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
Review and judge AI agent attempts against established standards.
Diagnose campaign performance, allocate budgets, and optimize web and pricing journeys.
Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Hands-on practitioner experience in paid acquisition.
Fluent in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4.
Clear written reasoning skills.

Preferred

Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.
Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
