Shift: Monday to Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay Rate: $24.39/hour + $1.00/hour shift premium
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent based on performance
Start Date: Immediate – successful candidates are required to start tomorrow afternoon

Position Overview Fuze HR Solutions is currently hiring Certified Double Deep Reach Forklift Operators for a busy manufacturing and production facility in Brampton.
We are looking for experienced, reliable, and safety-conscious MHE Operators with strong experience operating Toyota Double Deep Reach and Counterbalance forklifts. This is a physically demanding role in a fast-paced production environment, with the opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent employment based on performance, attendance, and overall fit.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a dusty and noisy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Toyota Double Deep Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
• Load and unload materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Replenish production materials and complete put-aways.
• Move raw materials, finished products, and other materials as required.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report any equipment or safety concerns.
• Follow proper material-handling procedures and maintain accurate inventory movement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including sweeping, hand-packing, and material handling.
• Follow all site safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Perform other warehouse and production support duties as assigned.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident – NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Valid Double Deep Reach and Counterbalance forklift certification.
• Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operating experience.
• Previous experience operating Toyota reach equipment is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check.
• WHMIS and Health & Safety training/certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical material-handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a dusty and noisy manufacturing environment.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, reliability, and work ethic.

Working Environment & PPE This position is located in a busy manufacturing environment and requires continuous standing, walking, lifting, and material handling. Candidates must be comfortable working around dust, noise, construction-related materials, and chemical products. Required PPE includes:

• Steel-toed safety shoes
• Safety gloves
• Mask/N95 mask
• Apron
• Arm sleeves

Additional Site Information

• Unionized environment.
• Minimal overtime.
• Coffee provided onsite.
• No lockers are available; personal belongings must be stored in the lunchroom.

Important Screening Requirement Candidates must be comfortable working in an environment where they may be exposed to dust, construction-related materials, and chemical products. Candidates with dust sensitivities or allergies may not be suitable for this position.
