We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Server / Front of House Staff member to join our vibrant team and help us deliver these memorable moments, particularly during our bustling weekend season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and engage with all winery guests, creating a positive first impression.
• Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service during tastings and dining experiences.
• Assist guests with wine selections, food pairings, and general inquiries, enhancing their visit.
• Maintain a pristine and organized front-of-house area, ensuring a comfortable and elegant setting.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Availability to work shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is essential.
• A genuinely bubbly, energetic, and positive personality eager to connect with guests.
• Strong desire to learn and develop skills within a dynamic hospitality environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining composure and a friendly demeanor.
• Prior hospitality or serving experience is a plus, but we are genuinely happy to train the right individual who brings a fantastic attitude and aligns with our company culture.
• Must be legally able to serve alcohol (if applicable in jurisdiction).
