Inside Sales Representative

Toronto Office (in-office initially, transitioning to a hybrid model)

Our Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role supporting our sales teams, internal staff, and customers at Pamensky. The primary objective is to maximize sales of our Electric Motors line by supporting our internal team and customers — understanding their needs and matching them to the right products and capabilities across our catalog.

This role reports to the Inside Sales Manager and is based in our Toronto office, with a long-term hybrid model once onboarded.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Inside Sales Team, Sales Representatives, and Management to identify and maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle: initial customer inquiry, technical clarification, quotation, purchase order processing, and delivery follow-up.
• Prepare customized product quotations, drawing on internal resources and factory engineering support as needed.
• Process orders accurately and on schedule across WEG's global facilities, our local Motor Shop, and available stock.
• Respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries, providing timely and accurate product and order information.
• Identify and propose improvements to the tools and processes used by the Inside Sales team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge of electric motors is preferred; candidates with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn will also be considered.
• College diploma or bachelor's degree.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving instincts.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Commercial or sales experience is an asset.
• Strong computer literacy, including comfort learning internal systems and order-processing tools.
