You'll measure, cut, and install drywall, patch and prep surfaces, and help create clean, flawless finishes that stand out. You'll be hands-on from start to finish as you frame walls, hang doors, install flooring, and add finishing touches that transform a job site into a completed space. You'll learn hands-on from experienced tradespeople, mastering techniques that turn rough spaces into polished results. You'll keep job sites organized, handle tools and materials safely, and stay focused on quality from start to finish. Every day is an opportunity to build your skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and see the direct results of your craftsmanship.QualificationsSome experience in construction, renovation, or restoration preferred (will train the right candidate)Basic knowledge of drywall, framing, or related trades an assetProficient in using mobile devices and relevant applicationsBasic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteStrong communication and teamwork skillsReliable, organized, and eager to learn hands-on trade skillsValid full class driver's license and clear driver's abstract depending on business needs Fit test and other safety certifications Must be able to work overtime, on weekends and participate in rotating on-call schedule Ability to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gearWho We AreAt First Onsite, the work you do every day makes a real impact.
