- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by phone, email and in person.
- Support the daily operations of the Customer Service team.
- Coach, mentor and assist team members as needed.
- Approve vacation requests and help coordinate schedules.

- Assist with customer escalations and complex service-related issues.

- Comfortable using various computer systems and software.
- Postsecondary education is considered an asset.
- English required, both written and spoken.
- Salary up to $65,000 depending on experience.
