Instructor Therapist/Behaviour Therapist (ABA)
Our clients are incredible people seeking care across the Ottawa area. Working with us, you would have the opportunity to get hands-on experience in the community and have access to monthly team meetings and in-session supervision.

We are excited to work with you because:

  • You are passionate about working with individuals of all ages, specifically in our children and youth population
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team including other Spark team members or community professionals
  • You are reliable and organized
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You have at least 6 months working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or providing ABA therapy
  • You are able to provide one-to-one intervention in the home or community

HOURS:
Flexible schedule options

RATE OF PAY:
Starting at $34.91+/hour


Requirements:

  • Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
  • CPI, TCI, and/or NVCI (current certification)
  • Smartphone with a data plan
  • Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the last 6 months
  • Bachelor's Degree or currently enrolled in a University program related to Behavioural Science, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, or Early Childhood Development

Assets:

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Drivers License G class with access to a vehicle
  • Registered Behavioural Technician (RBT) certification
