Cleaner

Join Our Team as a Cleaner.

We are currently looking for a Cleaner for a residential property consisting of two towers: the 1st tower has 19 floors, and the 2nd tower has 22 floors. This will be a full-time position. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the building's common areas and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for residents.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning of residential and commercial properties
• Replenish supplies such as soaps, paper towels and toilet paper
• Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming
• Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible
• Coordinating duties with other cleaners
• Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning such as ensuring bathrooms are sanitary
• Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Cleaning experience is an asset
• Reliable and a good communicator
• Excellent time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• Must be proactive and be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay rate: $19 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Working hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Monday to Friday
  
• Start date: September 1

Experience:

• Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Yaletown, Vancouver, BC
