Position Purpose:

To ensure the client's needs are met at all times including staffing, payroll, time / attendance and management reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-screening, interviewing, testing, reference checking, etc. to qualify all candidates
• Input candidate information into computer and update as appropriate.
• Ensuring all employee files are complete and in compliance with quality initiatives.
• Ensure that all members of the team are immediately aware of candidates with exceptional skills that should be skill marketed.
• Co-ordinate all advertising utilizing appropriate channels and guidelines. Tracking and provision of statistical report regarding response rate.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months experience in a recruiting, supervising, or human resources with a proven ability to function under pressure.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• High attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work off shift from time to time ensuring the client's needs are met.
• Experience in working with a database and keeping records up to date.

Pay Rate:

$21.00/ hour

Evening Shift- with flexible hours
