We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Painter who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes and wants to be part of a professional, team-focused collision repair facility.

Our painters are compensated through a competitive flat-rate pay structure, with steady workflow designed to keep you productive and earning.
What You'll Do
Prepare vehicles and parts for refinishing by sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming
Inspect body and prep work for deficiencies that could affect the refinish process
Mix and match paint colors to manufacturer specifications
Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat using industry-standard spray equipment
Blend adjacent panels to ensure seamless color matching
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and manufacturer standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Properly care for and maintain paint booth and spray equipment
Work closely with estimators, body technicians, and management to ensure repairs are completed on schedule
Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations
What We're Looking For
Experience as an Auto Body Painter or Automotive Refinishing Technician
Red Seal certification (or equivalent) is considered an asset
Experience with Axalta Spies Hecker an asset but not required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to accurately color match and blend finishes
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
