We are seeking a driven, team-oriented individual who shares our champion mindset and values. The successful candidate must have a strong work ethic, a passion for teamwork, and a customer-first approach.Responsibilities:Loading trucks from small customer pick-ups to full B-train trailersUnloading trucks with coil, sheet and site suppliesBuilding OrderOperate a forklift to move material within the warehouse and yardOrganizing and sorting material for loading and space optimizationScanning loads with an RF scannerShipping/ReceivingReading paperwork to ensure the accuracy of the loadKeeping track of daily used materialsMaintaining a team player atmosphereOther duties as requiredRequirements:Must have 1 year of warehousing/shipping-receiving experienceMust be reliable and punctualSteel handling experiences preferred but not mandatoryFlexibility; able to multi-task and work as part of a teamHave a valid Forklift license (Preferred)Skills:Excellent Communication SkillsExcellent organization and tracking skillsStrong Decision making and problem- solving skillsAttention to detailBasic Computer skillsMust be able to lift 50lbs Why Work for Us?Joining Cascadia Metals means being part of a thriving and expanding organization that values its employees.
