Compensation Package:These positions will be assigned to our permanent day line working up to 59.5 hours bi-weekly between the hours of 7am and 8pm with shift lengths either 10, 11 or 12 hours (i.e. 7am to 6pm or 8am to 6pm or 7am to 7pm etc.).Additional hours may be available with a minimum rate of pay of $24.63/hour;11 paid Statutory Holidays;Confidential Employee Assistance program for you and for your immediate family;Following the successful completion of probation:Employer paid health and life insurance; employee/employer paid dental; Employer paid sick time;Vacation hours;Minimum Qualifications:Candidates must have a completed Degree or Diploma from an accredited college or university in the Human Services field (including, but not limited to: Developmental Service Worker, Social Service Worker, Child and Youth Worker, Early Childhood Education, Bachelor of Social Work, Personal Support Worker, etc.);When submitting your resume and cover letter, please also upload a copy of your diplomas / degrees. Responsibilities may include providing support during overnight shifts, personal care, household duties, meal preparation and finances.
