About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Night Shift Dock Supervisor to oversee overnight shipping and receiving operations. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient movement of freight within our terminal, supporting on-time deliveries and overall operational success.

Location: Moncton, New Brunswick

Schedule: Nights, 5:00PM - 5:00AM

Wage: $28.69 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead dock workers during loading and unloading
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments efficiently
  • Ensure accuracy of shipments and proper documentation
  • Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety policies
  • Schedule shifts and assign daily tasks to staff
  • Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and management
  • Monitor productivity and resolve operational issues
  • Train new employees on procedures and equipment use
  • Maintain clean and organized work environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and policies
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

What you bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2–5+ years of warehouse or dock experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures
  • Ability to operate forklifts (certification an asset)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
