The Epoxy Installer is responsible for installing durable and visually appealing epoxy floors across residential, commercial, and agricultural settings. Working as part of a flooring installation team and reporting directly to a project supervisor, the role requires expertise in surface preparation, precise floor installation, and effective customer interaction. Installers use specialized tools and manual techniques to ensure high-quality results that meet client specifications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces to ensure optimal epoxy adhesion
- Install epoxy flooring in residential, commercial, and agricultural environments
- Handle and manage materials and tools safely and efficiently
- Engage professionally with customers to address questions and concerns
- Utilize specialized equipment and manual techniques for installation
- Collaborate with the flooring installation team to meet project deadlines
- Report progress and issues to the project supervisor

- 3+ years of experience in epoxy floor installation
