We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our medium-sized kitchen team focused on delivering high-quality breakfast and lunch meals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, ensuring quality control, and maintaining kitchen safety while working efficiently with paper ticket order management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Regular weekend shifts are expected.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to menu specifications
Plate dishes attractively and ensure consistent quality
Maintain quality control standards throughout food preparation and cooking
Adhere to kitchen safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate effectively with a team of 4-6 cooks
Manage orders using paper ticket system efficiently
Work primarily breakfast and lunch shifts, including regular weekends

1+ years of experience in food preparation
