Production Team Member (10am-6pm)

As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, your top priority is guest satisfaction! The Tim Hortons Production member is responsible for all production activities to ensure Tim Hortons' standards of exceptional guest service, product and cleanliness are fulfilled. Your main duties for this role include:

• Follows Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing product for our guests

• Follows all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment, including proper cleaning/maintenance of all equipment

• Uses only the approved techniques for baking and preparation of all products

• Assists in serving guests where necessary, ensuring this is done in a friendly manner and with an appropriate sense of urgency

• Follows all restaurant policies and procedures

• Maintains a neat, clean and professional appearance, in accordance with the Career Wear policy

• Responds to showcase needs with an appropriate sense of urgency. Can properly time production to ensure product availability at ALL times

• Regularly takes temperatures of the required product, fridges and freezer and records information in the Time & Temperature Log

• Minimizes food waste, by following our “Bake Less, More Often” method throughout the day and records prepared items and waste on the production sheet as they go

• Regularly organizes freezer and rotates using the FIFO method

• Supports a clean environment through regular clean up and completion of Job List by the end of the shift

• Follows proper hand washing techniques and all sanitation guidelines
