Job Summary

Habibi's Mediterranean Foods is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and organized Warehouse Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. Forklift operation and warehouse experience are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Complete receiving and shipping paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery and shipment.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Wrap and secure skids/pallets for safe storage and transportation.
• Organize inventory and ensure products are stored properly.
• Maintain accurate records of received and shipped products.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and food handling standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Forklift Operator Licence/Certification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and manual/electric pallet jacks.
• Experience with receiving, shipping, order picking, and packing.
• Ability to complete shipping and receiving forms accurately.
• Experience wrapping skids/pallets and preparing freight shipments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
