We are looking for a Sheet Metal Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team.

The main equipment for this position is:

• CNC Brake Presses

You will be responsible for setting up and operating the equipment to make parts according to drawings and specifications. You will also check your work for quality, keep your work area clean and safe, and record production information in MSCP's digital systems.

• Set up, program, and operate CNC brake presses.

• Read and follow drawings, work instructions, and specifications.

• Measure finished parts to make sure they meet requirements.

• Make basic machine adjustments as required.

• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.

• Complete assigned work safely, accurately, and on time.

• Report equipment problems, quality issues, or production delays.

• Enter production and material information into MSCP's digital systems.

• Properly handle and track materials.

• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.

• Work with other team members to solve production issues.

• Look for simple ways to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Follow all MSCP safety policies and procedures.

• Previous experience operating CNC sheet metal equipment.

• Experience operating CNC brake presses.

• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings.

• Comfortable using measuring tools and checking finished parts.

• Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

• Basic computer skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Forklift or overhead crane experience is an asset.
